Returns Policy – 14 Days

Our 14-day returns policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped to the following address:

If the return is accepted, the customer will arrange the shipment to the above address at their own expense, or deliver it in person.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
